Resilis Solution

RESILIS holds all intellectual property rights over the Resilis Solution and retains intellectual property over the Solution for the entire duration of the service contract.

Clients benefit from a personal, non-exclusive license limited to the duration of the contract, for use of the Resilis Solution, under the strict conditions defined in the terms and conditions of use.

Generated Data

Data generated by clients through the Resilis Solution is and remains the property of the clients. RESILIS may use this data, after irreversible anonymization, for statistical purposes, Solution improvement, artificial intelligence agent training, and content production.

Counterfeiting

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of its elements will be considered as counterfeiting and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
