General framework for using the Resilis solution
Resilis is a SaaS solution dedicated to crisis preparedness and management, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), and operational crisis management.
The solution is intended exclusively for business clients (B2B).
These terms and conditions define the general framework for using the solution. They are supplemented and, where applicable, superseded in case of contradiction by the subscription agreement signed between the parties.
Access to the Resilis solution is provided by invitation only and after contract execution.
Resilis offers different access levels (administrators, advanced users, read-only users), defined contractually.
Resilis grants the client a license that is:
The scope of use (entities, users, modules) is defined in the specific terms or the purchase order.
The client remains the sole owner of all data they input into the solution.
Data produced through the solution (analyses, plans, scenarios, generated content) belongs to the client.
Resilis may use anonymized and aggregated data for the purpose of continuous improvement of the solution.
Certain features of Resilis rely on artificial intelligence technologies.

The client remains solely responsible for the use, validation, and decisions made based on generated content.
The solution is hosted on infrastructure located within the European Union.
Resilis implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure:
Resilis commits to providing a service in line with SaaS market standards, including:
Service levels (SLA) may be specified contractually.
The solution is provided on a subscription basis.
At the end of the contract, the client may retrieve their data in a usable format.
Resilis offers:
These provisions are in line with data portability principles, particularly with regard to the applicable regulatory framework.
Resilis is bound by a best-efforts obligation.
Resilis cannot be held liable for:
Resilis' liability is limited as defined contractually.
In the course of its services, Resilis acts as a data processor within the meaning of applicable data protection regulations.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) can be provided upon request or incorporated into the contract.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless otherwise stipulated contractually.
