2. Availability and Performance

We are committed to maintaining a high level of service to ensure the availability of Resilis:

Availability: 99.5%

Monthly availability commitment (excluding planned maintenance and force majeure)

Performance:

  • Average response time: less than 2 seconds for 95% of requests
  • Infrastructure optimized for performance
  • Continuous performance monitoring

Maintenance:

  • Planned maintenance: weekly window on Sundays 2am-6am UTC
  • Prior notification: 48 hours in advance for planned maintenance
  • Emergency maintenance: 4 hours advance notification (critical security only)

3. Incident Management

In the event of an incident affecting the service, we commit to:

  • Rapidly detecting incidents through our 24/7 monitoring
  • Communicating transparently with our clients
  • Resolving incidents as quickly as possible
  • Providing a post-mortem for major incidents

Client notification:

  • Communication within 2 hours of detecting a major incident
  • Regular updates (every 4 hours) until resolution
  • Post-mortem available within 7 days for major incidents

In case of a security incident:

  • Notification within legal deadlines (GDPR)
  • Clear and transparent communication
  • Information on corrective measures taken
  • Dedicated support to answer questions

4. Business Continuity

Resilis applies the same business continuity principles to its own organization to ensure service availability even in the event of a major incident:

Redundant infrastructure:

  • Primary infrastructure and backup infrastructure
  • Automatic backups with regularly tested restoration
  • Data replication across multiple European data centers

Documentation and procedures:

  • Complete documentation of operational procedures
  • Documented and tested recovery procedures
  • Multi-person access to critical systems

5. Our Commitments

Security:

  • Regular updates of security components
  • Critical vulnerability fixes within appropriate timeframes
  • Regular security testing
  • Periodic security audits

Confidentiality:

  • No access to client data without authorization
  • Strict data isolation between clients
  • No data sharing with third parties without consent

  • Transparent communication about incidents and maintenance
